The characters, who are modeled on Matryoshka nesting
dolls, travel around their city and the interact with citizens in it. Along the
way, they meet up with "Higglytown heroes", the people in their neighborhood
who make it a better place. The main human characters include Eubie, Wayne,
Twinkle, and Kip; Fran, who is roughly always with them, is a red squirrel.
